The journal is the result of the <em data-start="454" data-end="478">Conversas Civilísticas</em> Research Group, accredited by CNPq and developed at the Faculty of Law of the Federal University of Bahia, and serves as a forum for academic dialogue among researchers, professors, students, and legal professionals.
