Larissa Prado Santana, Felipe Lopes da Cruz Copyright (c) 2024 NAU Social https://creativecommons.org/about/cclicenses/ https://revbaianaenferm.ufba.br/index.php/nausocial/article/view/48354 Wed, 09 Oct 2024 00:00:00 +0000 PERSPECTIVES, COLLECTIVE ACTION AND INTERACTION OF FEMINIST MOVEMENTS WITH THE STATE IN BELO HORIZONTE https://revbaianaenferm.ufba.br/index.php/nausocial/article/view/55268
Feminist movements represent the struggle against the inequality conditions violently imposed on women in a patriarchal society. In this sense, these movements’ agendas involve the search for the transformation of patterns and of society as a whole, beyond their concrete demands and specific actions. Part of the feminist’s claims involve the creation of public policies and the interaction with the State in search of the enforcement of rights. Considering the context of Brazilian social movements in the last decades, their repertories of collective action involve opposition and confrontation, as well as negotiation, social participation and even institutional activism in the State. The goal of this paper is to understand the central ideas and demandsof three feminist movements that act in Belo Horizonte - Coletivo Ana Montenegro, Movimento Olga Benário and Marcha Mundial das Mulheres -, exploring their positions and forms of action and interaction with the State and their perspective of intervention in public policies. The article approach is based on social movements studies, mobilizing the concepts of frames, repertoires of collective action and repertoires of interaction, besides the feminist literature that brings up the specificities of these kinds of movements. The aim is to analyze the forms of collective action of the focused feminist movements and their relation with the State, as well as their perspective on this interaction from the interpretative frames of each movement. To this end, the methodology employs, besides the bibliographic review, documentary surveys and interviews with activists from the movements.
Anna Clara Ferreira Mattos, Flavia de Paula Duque Brasil, Ricardo Carneiro , Maria Aline Dias Copyright (c) 2024 NAU Social https://creativecommons.org/about/cclicenses/ https://revbaianaenferm.ufba.br/index.php/nausocial/article/view/55268 Mon, 14 Oct 2024 00:00:00 +0000 FROM RESISTANCE TO INSURGENCY https://revbaianaenferm.ufba.br/index.php/nausocial/article/view/59019
From the social context resulting from the democratic crisis experienced in Brazil and the process of delegitimization of forms of participatory democracy observed following the legal/parliamentary coup against the government of President Dilma Rousseff in 2016, the objective of this scientific initiation research emerges: to compose a picture of most recent bibliographical contributions that seek to analyze and interpret the process of dismantling of participatory bodies, the resistance movements to this dismantling and insurgent participation initiatives. To this end, this article sought to identify, through a systematic bibliographical survey of the production of the most recent years (2018/2023), the conditions of resistance and reinvention of participationist experiences in Brazil, aiming to shed a perspective on the forms that escape the mold of institutionalized participation. To achieve this purpose, the systematic review methodology was used, which made it possible to identify the bibliographical excerpt. Based on the analyzes endorsed by this article, insurgent participation practices seem to have a capacity for resistance that makes it possible to invoke society's plural desires around dignity in participating in political life.
Gabriel Carvalho Ribeiro de Lima, Valeria Giannella Copyright (c) 2024 NAU Social https://creativecommons.org/about/cclicenses/ https://revbaianaenferm.ufba.br/index.php/nausocial/article/view/59019 Tue, 31 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000 QUALITY AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT TRANSFORMING A NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION https://revbaianaenferm.ufba.br/index.php/nausocial/article/view/59048
Objective: This research aims to investigate the relationship between quality management and project management through the implementation of a management office in a non-profit organization as a way of qualifying the execution of its projects.

Methodology/approach: This research is qualitative and a case study was chosen because it allows the specific reality of an institution to be analyzed, with the collection and analysis of primary data through an interview with one of the institution's directors who works directly in the institution's project management.

Main results: As a result, the relationship between the application of project management with the aim of improving the quality of the institution and its ability to raise funds and manage them correctly was identified. The sum of the amounts raised since the implementation of the project management office alone has exceeded 2.2 million reais, while in the same period previously it had only raised 159 thousand reais. It was also possible to identify that project management has made it possible to establish quality standards and implement control processes that guarantee the delivery of high-quality results.

Academic contributions/Practical contributions: To this end, a theoretical review of quality management and project management was carried out with a focus on identifying the main concepts that will be used as a foundation for the construction of the data collection instrument. The premise is that there is a direct relationship between the proper use of project management having an impact on improving the quality of project execution and, consequently, on the quality of the institution.
Flavio Telles Flavio Telles, Rodrigo Fernando Belli, Ruan Carlos dos Santos, Fabiano Maury Raupp Copyright (c) 2024 NAU Social https://creativecommons.org/about/cclicenses/ https://revbaianaenferm.ufba.br/index.php/nausocial/article/view/59048 Tue, 31 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000 TRANSPORTE COLETIVO, PANDEMIA E SEGREGAÇÃO https://revbaianaenferm.ufba.br/index.php/nausocial/article/view/59072
Antonio Nacilio Sousa dos Santos Copyright (c) 2024 NAU Social https://creativecommons.org/about/cclicenses/ https://revbaianaenferm.ufba.br/index.php/nausocial/article/view/59072 Tue, 31 Dec 2024 00:00:00 +0000 REAL ESTATE INCORPORATION AND ESG https://revbaianaenferm.ufba.br/index.php/nausocial/article/view/62586
Real estate developer that values the ESG agenda is under pressure for more launches in highly valued neighborhoods and greater profits.
