Submissions
Submission Preparation Checklist
As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.- 1.The contribution is original and unpublished, and not being evaluated for publication elsewhere, otherwise it should be explained in Comments to the Editor.
- 2.The submission file is in Microsoft Word format, OpenOffice, or RTF (they do not exceed 2MB)
- 3.URLs for the references have been provided.
- 4.The text is single-spaced, using a 12-point font, use italics rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); tables and figures are inserted in the text, not the end of the document as attachments.
- 5.The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Instructions for Authors, in the section About.
- 6.The identifying the author of the work was removed from the file and the Properties option in Word, thus ensuring the confidentiality of the revised criteria, if subjected to peer review (eg articles), as available instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review Peer.
- 7.The time of submission, the author must inform all coauthors with other institutions to which they are linked.
ORIGINAL ARTICLES
Artigos originais – resultados novos e consolidados de pesquisa experimental ou teórica, apresentados de maneira abrangente e discutidos em suas aplicações, compreendendo de 15 a 25 páginas.
Clinical Cases
Casos clínicos – descrição de casos clínicos com revisão da literatura e discussão, apresentados em 8 a 15 páginas.
