Radical surgical treatment of third and fourth molar fused teeth : Case report

The fusing between a normal dental element and a supernumerary one presents different ways of treatment. In regions where the esthetics is not essential, the exodontia of the fused elements generally is the treatment of election. The objective of this study is to tell the clinical characteristics, implications and fused teeth treatments, as well as, to report a clinical case where the fused teeth oral surgery of the third molar one fused with a fourth molar tooth in the region of tooth 48 was carried through.Downloads
