The objective is to identify the habits and health conditions of multidisciplinary health residents during the Covid-19 pandemic. This is a multicenter study, with a cross-sectional analytical approach, developed with residents from seven multidisciplinary residency programs at federal institutions in Rio Grande do Sul. Data collection took place from February to June 2022, online, via through a questionnaire composed of sociodemographic and labor data. Data analysis occurred in a descriptive and analytical way. The results showed that the sociodemographic profile of multidisciplinary residents follows national and international trends, with a prevalence of sex assigned at birth as female, young, with partners and without children. Regarding the occupational profile, nurses predominated, recently graduated, from the first period of training, working in the hospital area. The data presented in this study made it possible to identify essential factors for maintaining quality of life, such as sleep, leisure, lifestyle habits and working conditions, as they can compromise learning and the quality of care provided to users of health services. Furthermore, the pandemic situation was also responsible for changing the health status, well-being and satisfaction related to the work of multidisciplinary health residents.
