Abstract

Resumo Essa pesquisa busca investigar de que modo o conceito emergente da convergência midiática está sendo praticado pelo Jornal Nacional em seu perfil na rede social Twitter. Na atualidade este fenômeno tem provocado uma mudança considerável na relação já existente de consumo dos produtos jornalísticos tradicionais. Cada vez mais, percebe-se o estímulo à interação pelas redes sociais afim de incorporar esse novo público advindo das redes. Além disso, a televisão, assim como os demais veículos de comunicação pré-digitais, está passando por um processo de reconfiguração para se adaptar ao novo fluxo comunicacional proposto pelo uso da internet e pela interação pelas múltiplas telas. Para compor o panorama comparativo foram utilizados dados colhidos em 2014 e em 2016 do perfil @jornalnacional, no Twitter. Para a coleta e organização dos dados gerados no período de análise foi utilizada a plataforma de análise de mídias Opsocial.
