Abstract

O artigo apresenta uma análise do curta metragem Partido alto, de Leon Hirszman, abordando aspectos ligados a sua construção discursiva e, em especial, o uso da voz. O documentário possui sua estrutura marcada por apenas duas situações de filmagem, as rodas de samba de Candeia e Manacéa. Como opção de montagem prevalecem longos planos-sequência com respeito quase total à sincronia entre som e imagem. Ao mesmo tempo, o documentário faz uso de uma locução fora de campo que, embora ocupe um pequeno trecho, possui importância decisiva para a construção estilística do filme.
