Abstract

Este estudo tem como foco a realização de uma reflexão sobre as diversas temporalidades que perpassam a constituição das narrativas sobre a morte no Jornal Nacional. Para tanto, vamos observar a cobertura do telejornal à tragédia com o voo da companhia aérea LaMia, ocorrida no dia 29 de novembro de 2016, que levava a delegação da Associação Chapecoense de Futebol para a disputa da final da Copa Sul-Americana na Colômbia. Em nível teórico-metodológico, vamos observar as diversas temporalidades nas narrativas sobre a morte no Jornal Nacional acionando olhares dos Estudos Culturais, através das perspectivas do gênero televisivo como categoria cultural e de estrutura de sentimento.

Integrante do núcleo de pesquisadores do Grupo Interinstitucional de Pesquisa em Telejornalismo (GIPTele).
