Abstract

O artigo propõe uma análise da performance ou atuação na construção do personagem de sitcom americano. Para nosso estudo, partimos da hipótese que o personagem do sitcom televisual americano é o resultado das várias formas de aparecimento de seus atores/comediantes/celebridades em um todo híbrido, em que convergem as formas de apresentação, representação e documentário proposta pela americano David Marc.
