Abstract

Resumo: Tendo como base a existência de uma parada do orgulho LGBTQ no jogo online World of Warcraft – chamada Proudmoore Pride - analisaremos algumas vivências de um pesquisador integrando essa parada digital. Dessa maneira, mapearemos de que maneiras signos inicialmente ligados a fantasias bélicas masculinas e heteronormativas acabam sendo readequadas para poder representar a vivência de LGBTQs nesses meios, além de como essas pessoas se utilizam das potências contidas nas culturas de jogos digitais para resistir à heteronormatividade e constituir ali uma manifestação política.
