Abstract

Twitter se ha convertido en una herramienta periodística mediante la que divulgar contenidos por parte de una gran mayoría de cibermedios. Pensando en ello, este tra- bajo analiza el uso realizado por los periodistas-blogueros de Twitter. Se trata de un análisis comparativo respecto a los tipos de cuenta que periodistas-blogueros políticos brasileños y españoles mantienen en esta plataforma de microblog, en que analizamos, además de un panorama general de las cuentas, la finalidad y los géneros ciberperio- dísticos de los tweets. A excepción de una de las cuentas de Twitter mantenidas por periodistas-blogueros que se dedica exclusivamente a la divulgación de posts del blog, las demás se caracterizan por publicar contenidos variados.
