PERCEPÇÕES DE RESPONSABILIDADE SOCIAL CORPORATIVA SOB O OLHAR CRÍTICO DOS STAKEHOLDERS

O objetivo do estudo é compreender qual é a percepção dos stakeholders sobre as ações de responsabilidade social corporativa (RSC). A pesquisa foi conduzida a partir de um estudo de caso em uma empresa que produz compensados de madeira, localizada na região Sudeste do estado do Paraná, por meio, de entrevistas semiestruturadas com diferentes stakeholders. A análise dos dados foi efetuada mediante técnica de análise de conteúdo. Os resultados foram apresentados de forma descritiva e analítica. Os achados da pesquisa evidenciam que as percepções de todos os stakeholders são positivas, considerando a Empresa X uma organização socialmente responsável.
