FORMALISM, LAW, ART AND RACE REPORT OF AN EXPERIENCE

Abstract

The present article is about a report over an experience that has the goal to provoke a reflection of the life during the postgraduate program in juridical science of the UENP, in the activities during the course “Vulnerabilities through Art: an interdisciplinary view of Law”. It is a qualitative research with use of a deductive and ethnographic method, and participant observation. Treating about the racial question, was noticed being more frequent in modern art. The questioning about formalism is present in art history as well as in law.
