Pegações cariocas: dos banheiros públicos aos vagões do metrô

Abstract

A partir de uma etnografia pelos espaços de fluxo da cidade do Rio de Janeiro, dos transportes urbanos ao banheiros públicos, algumas práticas sexuais serão mapeadas e associadas aos dispositivos de vigilância e controle da sexualidade que estão circunscritos nestes territórios. A arquitetura, iluminação, aproximação e outros elementos serão analisados para desvendar a dinâmica do olhar nas interações face a face entre homens que desejam praticar atos sexuais em espaços públicos. Esta pesquisa pretende trazer nova perspectiva sobre a atuação das instituições (FOUCAULT, 1993; DELEUZE, 1992; SIMMEL, 2006) sobre o controle de sexualidades dissidentes e suas novas configurações eróticas em territórios similares aos descritos por Richard Parker (2002) entre a década de 80 e 90.
