A quem protegemos quando não falamos de gênero na escola?

Abstract

Os grupos que se intitulam contra a “ideologia de gênero” têm como slogan principal a proteção das crianças e das famílias. O que pretendemos é problematizar e desconstruir a ideia de que esse discurso conservador protege as crianças. Para isso, trazemos a discussão da violência sexual infantil, uma manifestação da violência de gênero, alicerçada na desigualdade de gênero. Ao evidenciar que essa violência tem ocorrido nas famílias, defendemos o posicionamento que somente através da discussão de gênero e de suas hierarquias que poderemos desnaturalizar as opressões que as diversas instituições patriarcais buscam perpetuar.
