And we shine

This text consists of a tale about the dimensions of the body, the desire and the (homo)eroticism experienced in the encounters. The title is inspired by Terça-Feira Gorda, by Caio Fernando Abreu, present in his famous book Morangos Mofados. The writing is done in intensive explosions - as in the song Explode Coração, by Gonzaguinha, in the voice of Maria Bethânia -, in desirous affections, in intensive memories and in life fictions that can be produced and engendered in words. The ephemeral glow remains vivid in a mind full of memories - to paraphrase the movie Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, directed by Michel Gondry -, and materializes the antithesis between the desire to live intensely and the ephemerality of encounters through the glitter that remains shining in bodies, in the house and in memories.
Keywords: Short story. Poetics. Desire. Body. Encounter.
