This article aims to critically analyze the paradigm of sexual difference, which is already in crisis, as advocated by Paul B. Preciado, denouncing its violent effects on individuals who do not fit into its binary categories. Subsequently, it seeks to delve into non-binarism, highlighting its subversive power from both an individual perspective, in terms of the possibility of new becomings and subjective pathways, and a political perspective, in terms of transforming the social regime of intelligibility concerning bodies.
