Objective: To analyze the prevalence, related factors, and impact on the quality of life of women with urinary incontinence (UI). Method: Cross-sectional and quantitative research conducted in all Brazilian regions with 796 women. The variables collected were sociodemographic, clinical, and obstetric, in addition to symptoms of urinary incontinence and assessment of quality of life. Bivariate and multivariate analyses were performed. Results: there was a high prevalence of UI (84.18%), with emphasis on mixed urinary incontinence (MUI) (58.24%). The main related factors were pregnancy (p=0.014) 9 and constipation (p=0.000). Women with mixed incontinence had a greater impact on quality of life compared to those who had only stress incontinence and urge incontinence. Conclusion: there was a high prevalence of incontinence, with pregnancy and constipation as the most important related factors. It is worth highlighting the prevalence of mixed incontinence and its impact on women's quality of life.
