Abstract

This article's main objective is to analyze the application of artificial intelligence as a mechanism for improving access to justice in Brazil. Initially, a study will be conducted on the general aspects of the interface between artificial intelligence and the legal sector. Next, the obstacles to access to justice will be presented and aspects in which artificial intelligence can improve this access, addressing both automation tools and generative artificial intelligence instruments. Finally, a general overview will be provided of the challenges and risks of implementing artificial intelligence. The aim is to provide further reflections on the impact of artificial intelligence on access to justice.
