Abstract

A questão da qualidade do ensino de graduação está presente, consensualmente, nos discursos acadêmicos e nas políticas do país. Não há quem discorde de que o ensino oferecido aos estudantes, em quaisquer dos níveis do sistema educacional, deva ser de qualidade. No entanto, quando se procura definir ensino de qualidade surgem discussões e reflexões tangenciadas pela diversidade de interesses que envolvem a sociedade e o mercado, pois o próprio termo “qualidade” abrange um conceito múltiplo e expressado por juízos de valor.
