A “IDEOLOGIA DE GÊNERO” E A MOBILIZAÇÃO DO JUSNATURALISMO COMO FUNDAMENTO DO DIREITO INTERNACIONAL DOS DIREITOS HUMANOS

The present work aims to analyze how the mobilization of the term “gender ideology” in the United Nations has produced and continues to produce a reactivation of natural right as the foundation of International Human Rights Law. The study uses as a theoretical framework developed by Marie-Benedict Dembour (2005) regarding the four schools of thought on the foundation of human rights. Therefore, based on a bibliographical review, as well as the analysis of institutional documents, websites, public demonstrations, etc. I seek to locate the anti-gender reaction within the UN in relation to the guarantee of human rights mobilized through the notion of gender and sexuality, trying to understand how this articulation approaches/or moves away from a naturalistic notion of human rights. With this work I seek to reaffirm the importance of reflecting on the theoretical bases of human rights in order to prioritize an increasingly pluralistic and democratic vision of these.
