The *Revista Brasileira de Administração Política* (REBAP) invited the academic community and the public to submit articles for this new edition, which addresses the theme "Political Administration and the Decline of the Liberal Order" The goal of this edition was to update the ongoing scholarly debate—which has been developing since the early 1990s—and to foster new, timely discussions regarding the implications of these disruptive changes for the prevailing patterns of political administration in global, regional, and national capitalism, while considering diverse contexts and perspectives.
